Open Question: what should i get my mum for her birthday...?

i always receive her chocolate or a book, so i wanna receive her something else this year lol. im only 16, so i cant buy her alcohol. my dad is already getting her flowers, so i cant do that. im not creative, so please dont tell me to make something. i have between £10-15 to spend. my sister always gets her something really special like a photo album with loads fo pics.. and last year she did that but then added poems that she had wrote and songs that reminded her of mum :/ im crap at that sort of thing lol. i was looking at some necklaces she might like, but they were every £30+. also, my dad usually gets her expensive jewellery too. like he got her a swarovski crystal necklace, braclet and earrings before. i really wanna do something nice but that i can afford too. ive tried asking my dad if i can do chores for money so i can afford something, but he wont let me, so it needs to be between £10-15. thanks. Open Question: Does my friend's boyfriend like me? or is he just being nice? (pics)?

my pal's fiance is 36 and me and my pal are 23. He is very loaded and apparently really loves my pal and wants to marry her. Buying her expensive jewellery, buying her a porsche, taking me and her out to upper class restaurants everyday. He also buys us flowers everydays and treats us like princesses. However i've recently started noticing that maybe he's starting to like me too.....but i'm not sure because maybe he likes me in a sisterly way. So i;m asking for opinions...okay, so he's always calling me "sister" petting my head, kissing it....complimenting me every the time...my pal sometimes jokingly comments, "ooooooo, brother, sister ;-) odd relationship" in a silly way but i think it sometimes bothers her....he gets really mad when another man touches me...he yells, "that's my sister, watch your hands" he got me an expensive brand name wallet for my birthday...we agree on more topics and have similar interests than he does with my pal...he once put his hand on my thigh when he was talking to me...and he's always over protective of me..he told me that if i look or grin or give anyone my number if i am with him he will not tolerate it. I asked him why because it's not like i;'m his girlfriend...and he said it's a sign of disrespect/ he said the only men i'm allowed to talk to, are the ones he invites to our table...meaning his friends when he reserves a table...and he practically walks with my pal and i into the washroom and waits for us if we're out...he never leaves us alone. Once when we walked by security walking up to his home, my pal started singing a tune and he got mad and said she is behaving like a "basic`' girl ...meaning prostitute and that he's serious about her and doesn't want people to think anything...but she wasn't even doing anything wrong! ps....this may every be because he loves me in a sisterly way as his girlfriend's future close family pal...or do you think he recently started developing feelings? and we're not some silly idiots either...he introduced us to his close brothers, sisters, friends, family...which is a big step that he's serious about her. His family is very respected and possess a huge construction business he always acts caring and strict with me too...in a weird fatherly way lol...like if i blow a bubble with my gum..just once! he points to the playground by his home and says, "you can go play and i will wait until you're done`' he also has that latest mercedes sports car...the one whose doors open upward..and a huge penthouse btw...i never hang out with them every the time...he invited me to his country with my pal for 6 days as a gift for my birthday...so that's why i was with them every the time for those 3 days here's a pic of us...i'm on the right (brunette) and my pal is on the left (blonde) http://yfrog.com/1xfamilypic22j

Hello. I want to open my possess jewelry store. I came up with a name, independently, that uses French and English words. I then noticed that someone has the same name for a product they sell. Open Question: best friend thinks i'm stealing?

okay, i know i shouldn't have done it, but i'm a nosey person. my best pal left me in her home one time to go meet her brother from school, and i read her diary. i know i shouldn't have done it, and at first i genuinely thought it was her school book (same notepad), but saying that when i realised i didn't cease. the last entry was dated three months ago, and it said that she thought i'd taken ten pounds from her purse, taken some hair stuff and then there was a p.s, reminding herself to check her jewellery. this hurt me a lot to think she'd think i'd do that! we've been best friends for about 5 years! i mean, it was three months ago...maybe she found every that stuff and that's why she didn't ask me about it... she did leave me in her home alone while she went to receive her brother... do i ask her about it? i read her diary...it could guide to a major arguement... and if she hasn't mentioned it or acted odd around me i could be causing a fuss over nothing... that said... what if she still thinks i'd taken those things?! majorly confused!

Open Question: Does vista not come with microsoft frontpage?

i used it to make a website that i sell jewelry on. my desktop computer decided to blow itself up with some super virus so i'm moving everything important over to my laptop which included the website, but when i went to work on it today i noticed my laptop doesn't have frontpage on it. my desktop used microsoft xp and the laptop has vista so i was wondering if it just didn't arrive with frontpage? if that's the case i'd like to know where i can receive it. i know it isn't a great program but i'm not good at coding and stuff and it's just easy for me to use, plus i already made the whole website with it and i don't really want to do it over from scratch. Is there a way to move it from the desktop to my laptop? it would really suck to have to buy a program i already have

Open Question: hey guys could you help me with my new piercing?

I just got my nose pierced on Friday, just a few days ago. My nose doesn't hurt at every and there are no bumps or anything. But my nose stud feels slightly loose. My boyfriend and I have been dating for one year. He just for the job he has been wanting for a long time. Within the past month I have noticed some things. I was on his computer and saw that he had been looking up engagement ring styles and how much men should spend on one. His parents invited me to their church for a seminar on courtship and marriage and what it means to me a wife/husband. He every of the sudden has been asking random questions about rings and what cuts are popular for girls my age, even stating that he liked princess clip rings. I know it's a bit early to worry about this sort of thing, but I prefer to figure these details out ahead of time. Open Question: I have a question about gifts before and after marriage?

When my husband and I dated, he would be very generous with gifts. For my birthdays, he'd order custom made jewelry months in advance, he'd buy me flowers and clothes for Valentine's Day etc. He'd spend a lot of time and money thinking up ways to give me the best. Now that we are married, he hasn't bought me a single thing even for my birthday, our anniversery or V day. I asked him about this and he said "that was when we dated....we're married now...married people don't do that..." i gotta tell ya, i'm a bit unhappy because I would adore to receive gifts again and I would feel like a total chump if I was the only one giving him gifts now that we are married. Its really not the gifts, its the fact that he thinks about me and considers what i would like. That was the best part of it every. I used to receive custom made dresses from Europe from him. Now I receive diddly squat. Again, he doesn't have to be so extravegant now, a simple bouquet of flowers or a box of chocolates would be more than enough. Anyone else has this problem? Look, i know things change. We have a tiny child and another one on the way. I know spending $600 on a bracelet is out of question and i wouldn't want him to spend that money on me any more because we have more important things to spend that money on. I just don't agree with his reasoning behind every this. Again, a simple gesture is what I'd want once a year for my b day or anniv, or v day. I don't think I'm shooting for the stars here.

Last night I had one of the scariest dreams of my whole life. I was shopping with my mom, who i have a very wonderful relationship with, when every of the sudden there was a little boy lying on the ground. I ran over and picked him up and noticed that he was crying tears of blood. Next thing I know a man burst into the store with a huge gun and demanded every jewelry, money, everything. I was holding this little boy and he's looking up at me with the bloody tears every in his eyes and streaking down my face begging me to please help him. This child is desperate, his face was flushed and hot, and when i woke up my hand was hot- as if i had actually been touching his face. This dream has been haunting me every day, I cannot receive the picture of this child begging me to help him out of my mind. It seemed so real and so vivid, any answers would be grateful... i'm scared to snooze tonight.

There is this guy that I have a crush on and I am sure he likes me too, but he seems really nervous to talk to me. When he does talk to me it's like he has to muster up the courage to do so. Things is we are very different. I like being girly and feminine. I adore clothes, jewelry, perfume etc.. and I like to put time into the way I look. He on the other hand is very low maintenance.
